COVID-19 Precautions at FMZ
Vaccination & Temperature Check
– Anyone 12 years and older must provide proof of being fully vaccinated.
– The vaccination card, copy of the card, or digital photo are acceptable forms of proof. Name and date(s) of vaccination must be legible.
– With proof your name is added to a database, therefore proof is only required once.
– Self-check, no-touch thermometers are in use. If an elevated temperature (100.4) is detected, you will not be admitted to the building and encouraged to follow-up with a doctor.
– When you arrive onsite you will be directed to designated entrance(s). Only designated entrances will be open and is where temperature checks and proof of vaccination will be verified.
Masks
– Wearing a mask is optional effective December 18, 2022.
Sanitation
– Sanitization stations are set up throughout for your use.
– Water fountains are not in use. Feel free to bring bottled water or ask if needed.
