Church Staff

Responsible for day porter and/or night porter cleaning services throughout the First Mount Zion Baptist Church Campus.

Provides administrative support for the Minister of Music and the Music & Arts Ministry.

Assists the Food Service Director in the operation of and execution of culinary services for the Grain of Heaven.

Meets and greets all callers and visitors. Connects members and the community with Ministries and Departments within the Church.

Assist the Senior Pastor in providing pastoral care and counseling for the congregation, administering ordinances, prepare and conduct Bible study, and responsible for the primary oversight and training of the ministerial staff.

Responsible for day porter and/or night porter cleaning services throughout the First Mount Zion Baptist Church Campus.

Plans and directs a comprehensive program for the operation, maintenance, repair, and improvement of the First Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Responsible for custodial services throughout the First Mount Zion Baptist Church Campus.

Provides administrative support to the Assistant Pastor and Minister of Christian Education.

The Church Business Administrator is responsible for administering the business affairs of the Church and working with Church members, leadership and staff to achieve the objectives of the Church.

Responsible for the operation of and execution of culinary services for the Grain of Heaven.

The Small Groups Director develops, equips and disciples Small Groups Coaches, Lay Members, Members and Leadership within First Mount Zion to build community while implementing systems that support over 30 Small Groups in order to transform lives to be more like Jesus Christ.

Responsible for the Musical and Fine Arts Department.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Pastor. Schedules, tracks, and organizes the Pastor’s daily activities.

Tracks contributions and oversees day to day financial operations.

Supports the Facility Manager in managing, operating, maintaining, repairing and improving the First Mount Zion Baptist Church campus operations and maintenance (O&M).
